Every flag comes with its proof. Every blank comes with a reason.
I’m Charles. From Tennessee I build small data tools: a daily price watch for brands, document cleanup for title offices and law firms, and one-off automations. When something gets flagged, you see the screenshot or the scan it came from.
Quotes are free, and you can say no.Hover or select a listing to see what the store page showed at the moment it was checked.
Fields that can’t be read with confidence stay blank, and the file is flagged for you to check.
Three services. Each one quoted at a fixed price.
Pick the row that sounds like your problem. If it’s close but not quite, send an example anyway and I’ll tell you what I can do.
| Service | Who it’s for | What you send | What you get | How it’s priced |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| StorewatchDaily price watch | Brands that set a minimum advertised price (MAP) for their products. | Your products, the MAP for each, and the stores that sell them. | Every morning the stores are checked for advertised price and stock. When a seller goes below MAP, you get an email with a dated screenshot as evidence, plus a private report page. | Fixed quotePrice set before any work starts. |
| Document cleanupScans sorted and read | Title offices, law firms and property managers. | A batch of scanned files and the fields you need from them. | Files sorted and renamed, the fields in a spreadsheet. Anything not readable with confidence is left blank and flagged. Processed on my own computer, never sent to an online AI service, deleted on a date we agree in writing. | Fixed quotePrice set before any work starts. |
| Small automationsOne job, done by a tool | Small teams with a repetitive task that eats an afternoon. | An example of the job, like a public website whose listings you copy into a Google Sheet, a form that should email the right person, or a cleanup you redo every month. | A working tool with plain instructions, delivered on the date in the quote. Optional upkeep for when a website changes. | Fixed quoteFixed price and delivery date. |
How a job runs, start to finish.
The same four steps for every service. You know the price and the delivery date before anything gets built.
- 1
Send an example
A product list and the stores, a few scanned files, or the website you want copied.
- 2
Get a fixed quote
The price, the delivery date, and what you’ll receive. Quotes are free, and you can say no.
- 3
I build and test it
I run it on your examples and check the results by hand before you see them.
- 4
You get it
Delivered with plain instructions, plus optional upkeep if a website changes later.
House rules.
Three things that don’t change from job to job.
Public store pages only
Storewatch reads what any shopper can see. It never logs in to a seller’s account and never collects shoppers’ details.
Your files stay put
Documents are processed on my own computer, never sent to an online AI service, and deleted on a date we agree in writing.
Blank beats wrong
If a price or a field can’t be read with confidence, it’s left blank and you’re told why.
Who you’ll be working with.
“I’m Charles, and I run Gilder Data on my own from Tennessee. You deal with me from the first email to delivery, and I’m the one who checks the results.”
Send an example.
I reply within two working days with questions or a fixed quote.
- Which service you’re asking about.
- Roughly how many stores, products or files.
- When you need it.
